When you run multiple instances of Microsoft Message Queuing 3.0 in a Windows Server 2003-based cluster, you may receive the following error message from one of the instances of Message Queuing 3.0:
Note Multiple instances can include more than one clustered instance of the Message Queuing resource. Multiple instances can also include at least one clustered instance and the local nonclustered instance.
There are insufficient resources to perform this operation. Error 0xc00e0027
This issue may occur because the system view space is completely consumed when multiple instances of Message Queuing 3.0 are running on the same computer.
Warning Serious problems might occur if you modify the registry incorrectly by using Registry Editor or by using another method. These problems might require that you reinstall the operating system. Microsoft cannot guarantee that these problems can be solved. Modify the registry at your own risk.
To resolve this issue, add the SystemViewSize registry value. For more information about how to do this, visit the following Microsoft TechNet Web site:
The allocation for the system view space is static in Windows Server 2003. You must increase the allocation for the system view space to make sure that sufficient space is available for each instance of Message Queuing 3.0.
