You try to open the same Microsoft Excel worksheet on different computers. However, you cannot open the Excel worksheet on some computers.
This issue occurs when the path for the EnterpriseReportingXP.xla file is not the same on all computers.
In Enterprise Reporting, the default installation path has changed from C:\Program Files\Great Plains\Enterprise Reporting to C:\Program Files\Microsoft Business Solutions\Enterprise Reporting. Warning Serious problems might occur if you modify the registry incorrectly by using Registry Editor or by using another method. These problems might require that you reinstall your operating system. Microsoft cannot guarantee that these problems can be solved. Modify the registry at your own risk.
