When you view GL Account Totals in the Profitability Analysis workbook, the x-axis labels are missing or appear to be clipped on the chart.

This problem occurs when you do the following:
  • In the What-If Overview workbook, you click Profitability. -and-

  • In the Profitability Analysis dialog box, you click Totals.
In the Profitability Analysis workbook, the axis labels on the chart appear to be missing or clipped because row 36 has a row height of 2.25 characters by default.

To display the axis labels on the chart, use the following steps:
  1. In the Profitability Analysis workbook, click See Other GLAccount in the Items list.
  2. In the See Other GLAccount dialog box, only include Totals in the "GLAccount to be viewed in analysis" (in the right pane). Click OK.

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in the Microsoft products listed at the beginning of this article. This problem has been fixed in the updated versions of the Quickbooks driver and Msapp.dll.
