Under certain conditions, when you try to start Microsoft Access, you may receive the following error message:
The AcLicn97.exe file contains a tool that corrects this problem on a computer that is running Microsoft Windows 98. After this problem is corrected, you can run Microsoft Access 97 successfully.
Microsoft Access can't start because there is no license for it on this machine.
