When you disconnect a CardBus Compact Flash (CF) adapter, your computer may stop unexpectedly, and you may receive the following stop error in Pci.sys on a blue screen:

This problem occurs when you remove the CardBus adapter from the computer after a file transfer or after editing a file on the Compact Flash card.
Microsoft Windows Server 2003There is currently no fix for this problem in Windows Server 2003.
