After you move a mailbox from Microsoft Exchange Server 2003 to Exchange Server 2007 Service Pack 1 (SP1), you cannot edit rules in Outlook Web Access. When you visit the Rules page under Options, all the rules are unavailable. Double-clicking the rules does nothing. The Change rule button is also unavailable when you select one of the rules.

To work around this problem, save the rule in Microsoft Office Outlook. Then, you can modify the rule in Outlook Web Access.
