When you try to start Microsoft SoftGrid, the program does not start and you receive the following error message:
The SoftGrid Client could not launch <application_name>
An error occurred while waiting for the application to be ready to interact with the User. Please try again. If the problem persists, please report the following error code to your System Administrator.
Error code: xxxxxx-xxxxxx04-0000041D
This problem can occur if the following conditions are true:
