When you use an IP Phone program on a Toshiba computer that is running Microsoft Windows XP
Service Pack 2 (SP2) or on a Tablet PC that is running Microsoft Windows XP Tablet PC Edition 2005, and then you try to close the
connection, the IP Phone may not hang up.Note

- The four parameters that are included in the error
signature information and inside the
parentheses of the technical information for the Stop error may vary, depending on the computer's configuration.
This problem may occur if the Ks.sys driver accesses memory
that the driver no longer owns. Typically, no error is reported. However, if
you run the Driver Verifier feature and verify all the drivers that are running
under Windows XP SP2, the Driver Verifier detects this problem and generates
the Stop error message that is described in the third bullet in the "Symptoms" section.
