When multiple users are running programs with a lot of clipboard activity, a computer running Windows NT 4.0, Terminal Server Edition, may display a blue-screen error message with STOP 0x1E in Win32k.sys.

This problem occurs because of a stress failure in Win32k.sys, which is caused when a clipboard message times out.
