All Exchange features are disabled on Active Directory Users and Computers when you try to change some attributes.
When you try to change some exchange attributes in Active Directory Uses and Computers, you receive all Exchange tabs on disabled state and you can't change any of their values.
This error may occur because the user attribute homeMDB is value was set as <not set>.
There are two ways to resolve the problem, follow both methods:
Method 1: Change value of homeMDB attribute of affected user
Method 2: Reconnect mailbox
